We start by identifying what you need, how you work best, and what you’re ready to move forward on. Then we build a system around that.

What coaching isn’t:

Coaching is not consulting. I won’t tell you what to do and how to do it. That’s someone else’s job.

As a coach, I’m not here to give you my answers. I’m here to help you find yours—the ones that actually fit your life, your energy, and your brain.

That’s why I ask a lot of questions. This isn’t about my expertise. It’s about your clarity.

  • Step 1: Book a free 30-minute Zoom call
    We’ll talk about what’s feeling hard, what you want to work toward, and whether coaching is the right fit.

  • Step 2: If we move forward, we’ll start with a deep goal-setting session
    This session lays the foundation: how you work best, what support you need, and what we’re working toward.

  • Step 3: We meet weekly for 12 weeks
    Each session is one hour, once a week. We keep it focused, supportive, and personalized. And no—it doesn’t add to your overwhelm. It creates breathing room.

  • Step 4: We review, reflect, and plan next steps
    At the end of our time together, we’ll revisit what you’ve accomplished and identify what’s next—whether that’s wrapping up or continuing with new goals.
